When I decided to buy a house instead of renting, you found the perfect place for me--a three bedroom condo in a quiet community where I felt safe and among good neighbors. The condo was not even on the market yet, and I probably got a better deal because of that. After a year or so, we decided that we wanted to get something a little larger with a fence and garage. You patiently located good possibilities and negotiated a good price on our new home. Karen, your wife, was instrumental in getting the condo ready to show. It looked so nice, I wanted to buy it myself! There were about five other condos on the market at that time, but mine sold first because it looked great and was priced correctly in the market.

You were always available to answer questions and give good advice. You made my buying/selling process seem easy, but I know that I didn't have to deal with any problems until you had the solutions. I don't plan on moving again in the future, but if I did, you would be the person I would call!
